Massage

I have been a massage therapist since 1985 and still love the work. My pressure ranges from light to very firm, according to your preference. Many clients think I do deep tissue, but to those who truly want real deep tissue, you will probably feel that the massage was not deep enough.

Other modalities include reflexology, craniosacral therapy, pre-natal, hot stone, and lymph drainage.

I mostly use a massage medium that I create myself. I mix up shea butter with mango butter, add apricot kernel oil, cherry kernel oil, and/or avocado oil. Sometimes I use just apricot or avocado oil on the body and a wonderful commercial cocoa butter product on the hands and feet, which has been produced since the early 1900's. It has a great workable consistancy for the feet.

Massage, or other modality, or a combination of modalities are:

$50 one hour, $60 one hour fifteen minutes, $70 one hour thirty minutes,

$80 one hour forty five minutes, $90 two hours.

Please keep in mind, a one hour massage ia really 60 minutes.

*Hot stone massage is wonderful, but not for everyone. No hsm for poorly managed or advanced diabetes, neuropathy, impaired circulation, rheumatoid arthritis, recent car accident, widespread skin condition, fibromyalgia flareup, weakened condition, pregnancy with any risk factors.

** Must have advanced notice for the whole body hot stone massage. For feet or back only, you can let me know at the start of the massage. Stone massage may not be available if previous clients had the service. Remember, all stones must be washed and sanitized after use.
